Note that the door "lock" is simply an LED - there's no small spring-loaded
peg here, since there's no need for it: the car unlocks itself if it detects the
keyfob nearby. Keyless entry, push-button engine starter, voice-activated DVD-based
GPS navigation system with integrated radio/CD/MP3 player (6 CD in-dash!) - all
pretty cool stuff. Unfortunately, the door sill seemed a little higher to me, so
entry and exit are a bit more difficult. But once I was inside and adjusted everything
to my liking, there seemed to be more room for my head and legs than in my C5.
Another plus: they moved the fuel-door release from inside the center console onto
the dash (left side below the steering wheel, next to the trunk release). The special
material that covers the entire dash feels great and looks good. All in all, they
made a lot of improvements to the interior both in ergonomic and visual design.
